I find my solace in you

Some are devastated with their careers

Some are deprived of the love they deserve.

Some people adopt loneliness  to adapt with their broken hearts,

Some mix up with all breeds to forget their destined fates.

Amidst all the crowd, amidst all the people,

All, but I find my solace in you.

My heart seeks for your care when you are away,

My heart leaps up at the mention of your name.

Like sunrise, you light up my world,

Tearing away all the fears that hold me apart.

Yes, you light up my world like no other,

Like no other person has ever done.

And yet the light keeps on glowing,

Even today when you are far far away.

And yet, the face lits up and manages a smile,

At the mere mention of your name.

Yes, you do to my heart what no other ever did,

And then you left me all alone, waiting in the wings.

You tore my heart apart, and now there’s no other way to fix it.

I long, I long to get you back, touch you, feel you, inhale you and what not!

But now I have let you go, baby, up your own little way.

And this I know, you would never turn back.

All, but I still find my solace in you.
